Animated Mushroom Bar

Shroom Wizard's

"Psychedelic Cookbook"

A lot of people have sent me mail recently asking my favorite way to prepare mushrooms so they can avoid eating what they consider to be a "bad tasting fruit".  I personally like the taste of these mushrooms, but some people don't have the same taste buds that I do.  As a response to those who wrote in asking me this question - I am offering these easy to prepare recipes.

Choco Shroom Potato Chips

Ingredients:

Plain potato chips
Dried Shrooms - amount depends on potency
Chocolate - almond bark works great - it comes in large squares which are easy to melt. Usually you can find this in your average grocery store by the baking goods. It comes in chocolate, vanilla, or strawberry!

Directions:
1: Puree dried shrooms up in a food processor or coffee grinder until you get almost a powder. If you do not have one of these you can also just cut them up real fine.

2: Melt your chocolate in a large bowl in the microwave.

3: Add shroom powder and mix well.

4: Take a single potato chip and dip into mixture, be careful you don't break the chip.

5: Using a fork, your fingers or tweezers - lift coated chip out of mixture onto a sheet of waxed paper to harden.

6: After the chips have hardened they are ready to eat. These chips last a long time in an airtight container - just make sure you keep them cool or they will melt and make a mess.

Micky Delicious Shroomburger

Ingredients:

1 Mc Donald's Hamburger or Cheeseburger (no onions)
½ to a full eighth of Magic Mushrooms

Directions:

1: Go to McDonald's (or your favorite spot) and order a 39-cent cheeseburger and open the bun.

2: Put your shrooms (fresh, dry, ground, whole, whatever you prefer) on the burger.

3: Consume, wait a little while, and enjoy!

Shroom Chips

Ingredients:

Shrooms
Salsa/chunky
Those dipping chips

Ok this one is super simple. Get your shrooms and cut them up to fit the size of the dipping chips. Put a small shroom or a cutout piece of a shroom on each chip. Put the salsa on top of the shroom so it covers up the NASTY taste. Eat about 7 or 8 and chew them well. Wait about an hour and the walls will start moving. HAVE FUN!!!

Mushroom Sesame Balls

Ingredients:

Dried, finely ground mushrooms of your choice.
Double that volume (not the weight!) of the best whole sesame seeds.

Fine honey
Dash of salt

Toast the sesame seeds lightly in a dry cast iron frying pan on medium high setting, stirring heartily. When they start popping and smelling great, that's enough. Pour them into a bowl and let them cool. Set a small handful aside, and then whiz the rest in a blender until there are only about 30% whole seeds visible. Add mushrooms and whiz again. Pour into a bowl; add a small amount of salt and enough honey to attain clay-like consistency. Roll into one-inch balls, licking hands frequently. Roll balls in whole sesame seeds, store in tightly sealed container in a cool place. Take anywhere. Guard against unsuspecting refrigerator raiders.

Magic Spice, good and simple

Ingredients:

2 to 3 grams of dried magic shrooms, depending on wanted effects.
1 - teaspoon pepper
1 - teaspoon salt

1) Cut your dried shrooms length wise, crossly, like the ones you get on your pizza.

2) Put salt, pepper, and shrooms in a small bowl or cup, and mixed it all together.

3) In the same bowl, grind the ingredients, smash it, or anything to get it into a solid color.

4) Finally, add it to your favorite dish, marinate, next to anything would be good. The effects would last about 2 1/2 hours (the more shrooms, and the smaller the dish, the better, longer, and stronger the effects).
